How to award yourself the bonus?

The title question will be explained here in detail, as potentially possible. There are several ways to earn passive income that will provide a bonus without additional work. Without listing all of them, I will point out that collecting is one of them. It is obvious that by investing, for example, in art, you can achieve great results in increasing the value of your assets. But how to achieve this is easy to say. I talked for a long time with a friend about investing. She commented on how she admired that she was investing in art. She talked about my predispositions, justifying my shortcomings and, above all, my reluctance to invest with my genius. For this, you really need to have intuition, knowledge, patience and minimal resources to engage. Without these few ingredients, the recipe for this cake will not work. There are a few details that are good tips. The right direction is to look for the largest markets, where the liquidity of art is high, because liquidity is a big word here. It is worth remembering that art is a very national product. So selling Hungarian art will bring the best results in Hungary, Ukrainian art in Ukraine, German art in Germany. The exceptions are the list of the first 100 names, American, French and Italian classics, Spaniards of the 20th century. The largest art markets are: The United States, China, Great Britain, then nothing for a long time, France and Germany and Japan, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium. These are the first ten, which, fluctuating by a few places, close the art market. However, the situation is different if we compare the quantitative results of art sales with the country's GDP and with the average salary and number of inhabitants. It turns out that the power of the French and German economies are incredibly changing the proportions of art turnover to the value of the entire national market. Finally, without going into detail: Germany has very high incomes, with an average salary of around €5,000 and relatively low living costs compared to other Western European countries, which means that the average German has quite a large amount of free money at their disposal. They can squander it, spend it on German cars, but more and more Germans are looking for opportunities to buy German art. It turns out that due to the turmoil of war, fascism, which destroyed so-called degenerate art, there is not as much offer on the German market as the demand reported by collectors. Additionally, the effect of covid and the uncertainty of conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, as well as political uncertainty in many countries, including Germany itself, intensify the need to diversify the portfolio and invest in alternative goods. If we add to this the fact that Germans do not invest so widely in real estate, which is not subject to the general global boom, so completely and without limits. The result is incredible growth on the German art market, which affects the imagination. In the last five years, purchased German works of art by renowned German artists have doubled in value. So it comes down to the fact that all you have to do is buy a German work by a first, second or third-rate artist and wait five years to gain the same or higher profit. I am so bold in my statements that I highly recommend buying German works by renowned artists now, as an option for those starting out in investing. Then, you can pay yourself a bonus in five years, or at least look at it, hanging in front of you on the wall.
